1. PRICES
a) All prices quoted are inclusive of V.A.T. at the rate prevailing at the date of the applicable tax point.
b) All prices quoted are ex-factory. Delivery and carriage charges are NOT included.
2. ORDER
a) Orders requesting the company to provide goods may be submitted in writing to authorized sales personnel or directly by fax.
b) All orders must be accompanied by minimum 30% deposit of total L.P.O. value.
3. SPECIFICATION
a) The furniture is supplied in accordance to the specifications listed.
b) Alterations and custom designs are subject to an extra charge.
c) The Company reserves the right to change the construction or design of the goods or the specifications thereof.
4. DELIVERY
a) Delivery shall be made to the delivery point specified on the order.
b) Stated delivery times are no more than estimates on the part of the company and shall not be bindingupon the company which shall not be liable for any costs or damage caused by reason of any delay indelivery
c) The company is under no obligation to accept goods for return.
5.DISPUTES
These terms and conditions supercede any prior promises, representations/ undertakings or implications.
6.FORCE MAJEURE
The company shall I not be liable for loss or damage caused by the delay in the performance or non-performance of any of its obligations hereunder where the same is occasioned by any cause whatsoever that is beyond the company control including but not limited to an act of God/ war, civil disturbance, government restrictions/ prohibitions or enactments of any kind, import or export regulations. Strike, lockout or trade disputes/ difficulties in obtaining workmen or materials; breakdown or machinery, fire or accident. Should any such event occur, the company may cancel or suspend its contracts without incurring any liability for any loss or damage thereby occasioned.
